請注意，此保修僅適用於香港港授權零售商購買的商品。其他地區商品並不包括於本保養範圍。
我們的免費保修不包括以下情況：
- 由於產品使用而產生的正常磨損和耗損，例如顏色自然褪色和材料破損。
- 不正確或不適當使用產品，包括但不限於不按照我們的說明書中的指示進行護理、維護、存儲和清潔。
- 因不適當的零件、空運或貨運引起的意外和粗心造成的損壞。
- 因不正當使用、超荷施力所造成的損壞。
- 第三方進行的維修。

我們的產品
所有我們的產品都享有2年的保修期 (2024年7月1日後購買有效 / 此前嬰兒手推車保修期為1年)，從購買日起計算。此保修不包括配件。
保修期已過、或無法提供購買憑證的請求，我們將標準收取檢查費 $250，經檢查後給予進一步維修費及零件費報價。
配件
我們的配件享有1年的保修期，從購買日起計算。

We’ve purposely designed our high-quality product so that it can grow with both your child and family. Because of this, our gear is covered by a warranty, starting from the day it was purchased.
Specifics
If for some reason our gear shows a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, please contact us. To make a claim under the warranty, please have your sales receipt, proof of purchase, model number and serial number on hand. If such a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will, at our own discretion, repair or replace your product at no cost to you.
Please note that this warranty is only valid for goods returned in the original country of purchase.
Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear such that would occur over extended product lifecycle usage such as natural fading of colors and breakdown of materials
- Incorrect or inappropriate usage of gear including but not limited to care, maintenance, storage and cleaning that does not follow the instructions in our manuals
- Casualties and carelessness including those caused by both unsuitable parts and by both air or freight transportation
- Damage caused by improper use or overloading.
- Repairs carried out by a third party
Warranty Length Details
OUR GEAR
All of our gear is covered by a 2-year warranty (effective for product purchased after 1st July 2024), starting from the day it was purchased. This excludes accessories.
For requests where the warranty period has expired or proof of purchase cannot be provided, we will charge a standard inspection fee of $250, followed by a quote for further repair and parts costs after inspection.
ACCESSORIES
Our accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the day they were purchased.
